The room was spacious and huge with table tennis, clean individual bathroom, as example, I really enjoyed it.

Amazingly helpful and efficient staff, had just perfect stay!!!

Location: the hotel was right by recreational areas, the Bran Castle and a mini zoo with Rudy the reindeer, a deer, rabbits and other animals. Besides, the property was 2 km away from a medieval castle.

The themed accommodations are fun for kids with a unique fairy-tale experience. The restaurant service was slow, causing long waits for food.

The convienience of staying here was quite diminished by the awful cleanliness and the unfriendly restaurant manager. I thought maybe a complimentary bottle of champagne woudl ve been a nice touch to smooth things over, but alas it wasn't. I almost left a good review, but just couldn't ignite that spark for this place.

Wonderful family activities and attentive entertainment team

I appreciated the organized activities for children that kept my little one entertained throughout our stay, from pony rides to engaging shows in the theater. The indoor pool was a highlight with its perfect water temperature, and the dedicated entertainment team. Dining was also enjoyable, especially the traditional food options that catered well to families. More variety in the dinner menu would enhance the experience further.

The location is beautiful with stunning landscapes. Although the service at the restaurant could be improved, the variety of activities for kids kept them entertained. The price for everything seemed a bit high but the views were worth it.

The outdoor pool offers fine views, perfect for lounging after a day of exploring. Proximity to Bran Castle allows easy access for a quick visit, and the hotel has a unique rustic design that enhances the local charm.

Walking to the rooms or amenities can feel like a trek, particularly for those not keen on hiking. Some of the accommodations lacked basic furnishings, especially without even a chair to sit on. The dining experience varied greatly. Some meals were slow to arrive and others weren't up to par, like reheated dishes instead of fresh items, which dampened the overall experience.

Staying with friends was great! We loved using the sports fields and indulged in various activities offered by the animation team. The lively music recitals were a highlight. The outdoor tennis court was in great shape, and the sauna was the perfect way to unwind after a day of fun.

The menu at the restaurant didn't have as many options as we hoped, a bit disappointing since we enjoyed the food here on previous visits.

This place is a hit for families! The variety of daily activities kept my kids engaged and the pools were just perfect for them. We especially loved the themed fairy-tale villas.

Absolutely enjoyed the varied and tasty food at the resort's restaurant, including some amazing local dishes that really hit the spot! Plus, the family room was spacious and cozy with a amazing view that added a touch of magic to our stay. For the kiddos, there were multiple daily activities that kept them buzzing with excitement!
